Devvy has been selling residential real estate in metropolitan Denver since 1994, and has worked at Kentwood City Properties since its founding in 1999. Devvy has represented buyers, sellers, and developers. She has consistently been a member of the Denver Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Roundtable.
With her background as a law librarian, Devvy uses her advanced research skills to do everything from identifying market patterns to determining the best price for a property. A Denver native, Devvy has an extensive knowledge of city neighborhoods. Additionally, she uses her patience, humor, and strong work ethic to guide her clients through the real estate process.
In addition to her real estate work and spending time with her family, Devvy is on the board at Mile High Montessori, an early care and education agency serving low-income children and families. An interest in quality early education led Devvy to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education, which she received in 2011. While real estate remains her full time-career, she hopes, through volunteer work, to effectively advocate for children and families.
